Request account and data deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of your Infnits account and what data is deleted or retained.
How to request deletion
- Email asizib@infnits.com with subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include the email address used for your Infnits account.
- We may ask you to confirm account ownership before processing the request.
What we delete
- Infnits account profile and authentication records.
- Portfolio and app data linked to your account.
- Brokerage-linked data pulled for your account, including holdings and transactions.
What may be retained and for how long
- User account data: deleted within up to 30 days after valid request.
- Brokerage/Plaid-sourced financial data: deleted within up to 30 days of deletion request or account disconnection.
- Support communications: retained up to 24 months.
- Application/security logs: retained 30 to 90 days.
If data is in backup systems, it may be removed on the next backup rotation. Access remains restricted during that period.
Processing timeline
We fulfill valid deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law or a legal hold.
